Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
Returns are accepted only where an incorrect product, damaged product, defective product, or product different from the confirmed order has been delivered.
Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Custom-cut cables, made-to-order products, used products, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Approved returns require prior authorization and may require photographs and proof of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled once production has commenced.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
